THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of me Diana STOUGHTON . . .
. . . and subject to the raising and payment of the said weekly sum and legacy tax the said Clarke STOUGHTON and Augustine Earle Lloyd BULWER their heirs and assigns shall stand seized of the said hereditaments and premises In trust for and for the benefit of Frederick Stoughton MARGETTS (the illegitimate son of the said Emma SUMMERTON) and who has lived with me for several years and his assigns during his natural life . . . and from and immediately after the decease of the said Frederick Stoughton MARGETTS then subject as aforesaid Upon further trust that they the said Clarke STOUGHTON and Augustine Earle Lloyd BULWER their heirs and assigns shall make sale and dispose of the said freehold and copyhold hereditaments and premises . . . and I declare that my said trustees and trustee shall receive and stand possessed of the moneys to arise from such sale . . . Upon trust . . . for the child if but one and if more than one all the children of the said Frederick Stoughton MARGETTS equally as tenants in common . . . But if there shall be no child of the said Frederick Stoughton MARGETTS . . . Upon trust for and to be equally divided between my Son the said Clarke STOUGHTON and my three daughters Diana STOUGHTON Muriel STOUGHTON and Elizabeth the wife of Charles Henry PERRY share and share alike . . .
